Birthday Advent Box?

I keep getting spammed with a company suggesting I buy myself a Birthday Advent Box.

My Birthday has already gone and very much doubt it would be something I would buy for myself anyway.

My DSister though will hopefully have been back at work for a couple of weeks after having a major Operation and it will be Winter.

So has anyone ever had a Birthday Advent Box or can you think of some small gifts for her to open in the run up to her Birthday?

I had a stationery one from Paperchase a few years ago (obviously they've gone under since). It had a pin badge and some bits and bobs like a pen/sticky notes.

Ridiculous idea! But then I think Christmas Eve boxes ridiculous as well. I'm my very humble opinion birthdays Christmas, anniversaries etc. should be celebrated once, on the day. Nobody needs a load of presents in the run up to 'the big day'.

I have used Seven Days. You can chose the gift for each day and so spend as little, or as much, as you chose. My friends liked their gifts.

Personally I think gifts should be given to everyone 365 days a year. You can never have many gifts eh? 🙄🙄🙄

Seriously, where do you draw the line? Birthday = one day. Stick with a meaningful gift on that day only. I can’t bear pointless crap myself, and don’t know many people who would like the long drawn out process of receiving one bit of tat after another for days on end.
