Im saving for a holiday to visit family in thailand so im working overtime at work. 60 hour week wooo me... 😭

Let me live vicariously through you, does anyone have anything fun planned? Extra points if it includes a good meal as i love hearing other peoples meal plans.

Strictly fun-free zone here. Child's bedroom cupboard doors need replacing. This involves making them from scratch in the workshop. Said workshop is a tip and needs sorting out first. Once doors are made by DH I will be painting them. So

1. sort of workshop
2. make doors
3. paint doors

Can't wait to hear others' more exciting plans.

Working both days.
Tomorrow I have friends coming round for a picky bits tea. I was planning on making gazpacho but tesco didn't have any cucumbers. I found a yellow label carton so that's in the fridge chilling along with the partly made Sangria.
On Sunday and after work I will be walking at the seaside with my dog and his boyfriend

I need to pick the redcurrants and do something with them, child wants to go and pick blackberries so will need to do something with them, and I might take her to the museum tomorrow.

Going to Sandringham Flower show on Sunday.

Working, and trying to avoid the result of the Hungarian GP so I can watch it on Sunday night.

Off to see some very good friends who are visiting from overseas. Lovely Sunday planned with a day out, followed by a bbq. Tomorrow I might do a spot of retail therapy, it’s been months!

My dog is a Bedlington, his boyfriend is a looney springer.
When he is here, they lay on the floor or in his bed and gaze into each other's eyes.
Generally leads on to licking each other. Face mainly but occasionally below the belt.

We have a long six weeks ahead of us my plan is to avoid spending money!
My daughter's ballet recital tomorrow too.

Bringing in hay.

Well, we've already started our weekend. Met my BIL's family at a local old pub. Had scampi, cheesecake and a couple of glasses of wine out in the pub garden.

Have to admit we'll be taking the weekend as it comes. DD is travelling here right now, primarily to see friends, but will play it by ear and maybe do something with her.

We're going camping on Monday (which I love and really look forward to), so I'll be putting things together.

Going to a friend's wedding tomorrow. Sunday going to a vintage fair, if ok after the wedding.

Going to a birthday tea party for a 105 year old and then going to meet Ds’s girlfriend’s parents. Excited and nervous.

It’s been an intense but ultimately quite successful work week (submitted something started 18 months ago). Glad to be getting away from the desk.

Tomorrow day, I shall be doing paperwork and some gardening. Tomorrow evening, as I'm all alone and cannot be bothered being stuck in, I am going to take my kindle and go for a drink and a bit of people watching then for dinner, restaurant TBD.

Tomorrow;
My friend is spending the day with my two kids and me while hubby is working. Unsure of plans but it will involve going out for lunch somewhere yummy. hopefully the weather is nice and DS can play on his balance bike while we drink coffee on a park bench and the baby naps 🤞
Sunday;
Long lie, Church, then having some family round for breakfast rolls. DH will probably take the kids to his mums and I’ll hang back to do some housework/ ironing. Head to MIL for an undeniably delicious Sunday roast.

Also hope to squeeze in a run, some baking, and alter my son’s school blazer.

Latitude tomorrow. Sunday, absolutely nothing.

Going to a friend's housewarming, she's just moved to the countryside with lovely partner and they (as far as I can tell) have a huge garden and are throwing a garden party with a live band and catering etc, can't wait. Staying over with a mutual friend who lives quite nearby, then on way home going to see my little goddaughter, taking her for a walk (toddle) to see the ducks, and a Sunday roast in the pub and maybe a pint with her mum, my best friend! 🌞

PS I usually work all weekend so I'm really excited about this one

Sending my DS (15) on a week long army cadet camp 😟. I know he will have a blast but I am dreading it 🫣

DH’s birthday tomorrow, and going to a wedding in the evening

Driving to Harwich to get a ferry to the Netherlands for our holiday on Sunday.

Quarterly visit to family. Have had anxiety all evening
