Recommendations For A Night Bra?

Just been recommended to wear one by a doctor. I am 36F & currently suffering with breast pain. Are there any particular brands I should be going for?

just in case you haven’t tried it, taking evening primrose oil works well for breast pain.

What is causing the pain, OP?

Does it have to be a bra? I wear a vest with support for bed.

I can second this recommendation I have a few of these - from a previous mumsnet thread recommendation. Wear them round the house and in bed.

I have some in XL from before I lost weight and was around a 34E and now have some in L as around a 32D. They are really stretchy so read reviews and go for best guess with size should be fine.

I wear these at night. There are loads of similar crop top things on Amazon but this brand works for me. Some of them have removable padding which I tend to just remove. They give gentle compression and support which makes me more comfortable. I’m a 34HH and wear size XXL:

I wear these - cheap as chips from any supermarket so you can buy as many as you need. Great to stop boobs getting trapped underarm at night and also fine for wearing round the house.

ETA they come with removable pads which you can just slip out.
