Can the Zoe diet app be renewed on a rolling monthly contract instead?

I started the zoe diet and app last year and did well for a few months but I've been really unwell and my phone was busted so I didn't really use it for the past 6 months. It is now due to renew and I was going to keep it for a few more months but renewal is for another full 12 months which I am not happy about being locked into again. I want to keep doing it for another few months but probably not a full year again. Anyway to sign up for a rolling contract that I can cancel at anytime?

I have a similar query. Just signed up and want to cancel the auto renewal function so I don't forget but it looks like if I do this I cancel the lot! I did do a free trial a while back, decide not to continue at the time and it saved my details so when I did rejoin everything was still there. Is there a way to cancel and then do a trail month?

@Sunshineandgrapefruit I don't know I'm finding a sheer lack of transparency from them and zero customer service response. Not really what I'd expect from a premium product.

I did a three month long but it was a lot more expensive that the annual. I ended up cancelling anyway as I thought the AI function was dreadful.
