Vinted - banned 🙏

So after 3 years successfully buying and selling on vinted purely my own personal belongings, I made a boob yesterday and got permanently banned. I had a good clearout of my handbags and I had 4 of the type you buy on the beachfront in Gran Canaria that I don’t use so I put them on under the brand of “no label” and for under £5 each. I later went to my account to find myself banned permanently for selling counterfeit goods. I honestly never thought about it, I am 58 and a bit of a tech dinosaur and assumed because I was not calling them by any specific designer brand and selling them so cheaply I would not be classed as trying to mislead anyone. I myself got caught out a couple of months ago but this was different: I bought what was sold as a GANT men’s shirt in the packaging and it was only when it arrived I realised looking at it it was definitely a fake. I realise I should have known better, not asking for anyone to tell me I been stupid - I know - just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and if so is that it, I can never use vinted again? I have appealed explaining what occurred and am waiting to hear back. Thank you ladies 🙏

Just contact them and explain. I couldn't get into my account (meno fog) and oddly ended up getting permanently banned!!
I contacted them and was almost instantly reinstated with a follow up apology email.

Edited to say I didn't read all your post. Hope you have a positive response from your contact.

I think it's because No Label is actually the name of a Dutch menswear brand.

There ought to be an easy way of clicking "brand unknown" or "no label" on vinted but there isn't.

Also if you listed all 4 at once, it flags to the AI that you’re more likely to be a dodgy business, or something.
Vinted AI is notoriously bad.
Keep badgering them but don’t get your hopes up, trying to get to a person with any sense is almost impossible.

Can you just set up a new email address and register again?

There is, right at the bottom you can select " no brand".

Ah yes I've just had a look and you're right!

Still, a lot of people choose "The Unbranded Brand" (which is a brand) and "No Label" (which is a label).

There should be an alert on those where Vinted says "are you sure you meant this niche Dutch menswear brand or did you mean no brand?"
