Recommendations for family sitcoms similar to The Middle for autistic children

Can anyone recommend any shows like the middle?
DC (11 and 12) has just watched them all and loved it. They are autistic and so obsess about one thing and then move on so they’ve watched them all many many times. They’ve already seen modern family too (previous obsession!!). Any other shows that are like The middle? X

Rules for Dating My Daughter was surprisingly good. Be aware though that the actor playing the dad died before the last series and it continued with the grandpa and cousin taking on paternal role.

Not a family series, but both ND and NT older kids and teens of my acquaintance love The Big Bang Theory. There’s some sex, yes, mentioned in passing not as a focus, but I never minded series that showed what I considered to be healthy normal attitudes to it and not misogynistic.
