Can I ask for some thoughts please? 6 weeks ago we had a new bathroom installed, all high spec, total cost 15k (including 6k for labour). From a company with very good online reviews. We are about to have to call them back for the fifth time because I have now found a fifth leak post installation. Twice it has been the soil pipe from the toilet, once another pipe dripping into our garage, once was the shower leaking, and now it's the pipe underneath the sink, leaking into a cupboard.
What is it reasonable to ask from the company in this situation? I want to ask for a partial refund of the labour, given the inconvenience this has caused us, needing to be at home every time they have come to correct the shoddy work etc. Getting very fed up at this point.
