AI is becoming part of so many everyday tools now. I think the biggest benefit is when it saves time on repetitive tasks, but it's still important to double-check the results. It works best as something that supports people rather than replacing them completely.

Well it doesn't always work for customer service. I've seen examples where we're back to the early days of the Indian call centres where, if they didn't understand what you were saying, they'd just quote something randomly from their script that was vaguely on the same subject.
