It's at least partly my fault, but how can I get it sorted?

Evri always used to leave parcels over my back gate. At Christmas one delivery was wrapped in paper and left out in the rain, contents ruined.

I complained to the retailer and received a replacement.

I assume they must have complained to Evri because since then they don't deliver anything. Everything I have ordered has been returned "unable to deliver". Even when I've been in when they apparently tried, they don't knock.

If I've got a choice I've stopped ordering from places that use Evri, but often you don't know who they'll use when you order.

Sounds like you have a Evri delivery driver problem! Can you complain to Evri directly?

You need to get in touch with Evri and explain that your parcels aren’t even being attempted to be delivered and that no one is even coming to the house.

Yes I think you need to make a complaint here, you will be hard pushed to make it worse!

There was an article a couple of months back about this - on the BBc maybe? A guy had effectively been blacklisted by the evri driver in his area who lied about being attacked by his dog. Evri basically said it’s up to the driver
