Positive test now negative

Ive had a few faint positive tests (cheap amazon tests) last week last one being friday. Tests this morning and its now negative. Same brand tests from same batch. What's going on? Its left me so confused

Just because the lines i have been getting were faint not really getting darker and now are completely negative. Ive had a few chemical pregnancies in the past

Contacted my doctor who cant explain why I was showing faint positives and now showing negatives. He said if my period doesn't arrive in the next 3 weeks then to give them a call back and they'll do blood tests. This is going to be the longest 3 weeks if my life.
Been feeling really sick today as well. So not sure if thats to do with acid reflux or pregnancy, doesn't feel like acid reflux
