I just saw one of these so called ‘auditors’ videos pop up on social media. The guy calls himself ‘Ay audits’.
He was obviously in a town centre and went over to a RNLI charity stand where there were two or three RNLI volunteers fundraising.
The guy filming was instantly passive aggressive, filming them and talking about migrant hotels and how the RNLI help migrants ( at sea ).
The guy filming them said he’s put the RNLI guy all over the internet. They guy didn’t say anything back and I guess don’t want to inflame the situation.
To think this is totally unacceptable, to do this to people who volunteer ( don’t get paid anything) who put their lives at risk.
The RNLI aren’t a dedicated taxi bits service to the migrants on boats , but obviously it’s their jobs to save lives, whoever they are.
I can imagine the poor man being filmed probably regrets giving up his spare time to go to a town centre to fund raise for a worthy charity.
Ive also seen other random videos of people just doing their jobs and being filmed. Some of the comments are disgusting. It’s often aimed at women , men making sexual remarks , vulgar and horrible.
What about the poor people being filmed and put all over the internet, with these vile comments made about them ? It must be embarrassing, especially if their friends and family see them.
I know we have free speech but is this behaviour really going to be allowed ?
The auditors often seem to be aggressive men , probably from the far right ? Are they from racist groups or just individual sad people?
