What's for breakfast?

I only eat breakfast at weekends, so it's a real treat to relax this morning with a big bowl of strawberries covered in Greek yogurt, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Yum!

What are you having?

In answer to a PP don't write sourdough off if you've just tried one, they do vary very much.

Slice of toasted sourdough, 2 grilled bacon medallions, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes and a poached egg. Was lovely!

I just had one weetabix, knowing we'd be out early and having coffee and cake. Most of the time I have berries, natural yogurt and chopped nuts which would be my first choice.

Today I made buckwheat pancakes, which I haven’t had in probably 20 years (a childhood favourite). It must have been a shit recipe as they were pretty dry and flavourless. I did eat them though, but the dc only politely picked at them and then I fed the rest of theirs to my chickens. 😂

I'm dieting at the moment so breakfast is always the same . A handful of mini shreaded wheat which is 11/12 dash of milk , leave to soak in for a few minutes then add blueberries or a couple of cut up strawberries .
I'm not eating after 5pm and have breakfast around 9/10 am so going around 16 hours without anything .
