I live on a small street and directly opposite is a lady who is 30’s, and has a dog, this dog is in the front garden CONSTANTLY barking. No matter where I go in my house I can hear it. Other neighbours have complained too. This is day in day out from about 7am to as late as midnight.
I have approached her and explained that her dog barks a lot and it’s becoming unbearable! She got quite argumentative so I I left it at that.
she has a lot of mental health issues and frequently has break downs so I’m hesitant to approach her again.
I have reported her to the dog warden, to the council for the noise disruption. But nothing is being done. Has anyone any advice please what to do. I’m loosing my mind with the constant barking
