I use Ohropax soft, took a couple of weeks to get used to but they're much better than the cheapo foam ones for comfort and noise cancelling. Also pretty good value on amazon.

I use Boots Muffles wax earplugs. I cut them in half as I find them too big for my ears. Warm them in your hands then they mould to fit your ear.

Loops.

I like Alpine. I use Alpine Sleepdeep for sleeping and Alpine Silence for daytime, if I want to read in a noisy environment or at a loud concert.

I've been using earplugs at night for 20 years and these are the best I've found

I use Alpine as well and they’re very comfortable and block out a lot of sound. I cant sleep without them as I am such a light sleeper

BK I wore earplugs to sleep most nights. I used the regular foam ones that you pinch-roll then insert before they expand and I also used the wax ones that i really liked and worked well.
