I don’t have a Waitrose near me but I’ve got to park in one on Saturday so doing to do some shopping in there. What are your favourite Waitrose bits? Thanks!

I love their Belgian chocolate and Seville orange cookies. They come in a pack of 5

If I had a pound for every new thread on here asking what my favourite Waitrose products are, then I could afford to shop in Waitrose.

If they have a sushi bar in store the freshly made sushi is nice too (not that pre-made stuff that sits next to the sandwiches)

I also like the sushi counter, but they're also in some Asdas now too.

I go there specially to stock up on own brand tonic cans because they're bigger and much cheaper than Fever Tree and the only option without artificial sweeteners.

I also like the microwave pilau rice.

I really like their selection of tomatoes on the vine. They taste so much better on the vine.

Also the organic wines, if you're a wine drinker.

Findlaters Chicken Liver pate. It is expensive for a small tub but it is by far and away the best supermarket pate I've tasted.

San Nicasio salted crisps - just potatoes, olive oil and Himalayan pink salt, delicious

Tomatoes on the vine taste no different than 'vine-less' tomatoes. As they ripen an abscission layer forms disconnecting the fruit from the plant, ripening occurs on or off the vine, nothing flows to or from the plant to affect flavour.

The vine itself gives off an odour that has no affect on the fruit.

Their Ready to Cook range is all pretty good. Their ready meals aren’t. Essentials range is good value.
