What can I do about a beeping smoke alarm next door?

Next door (semi-detached, newish build with walls made of actual paper so can hear everything as if it's in the same room) has been empty for months, waiting for sale to go through.

The smoke/fire alarm has started beeping every few seconds (assuming battery warning) and it's driving me mad! I googled how long it might go on for until it died completely and it said up to 10 days!!! I wfh so can't even escape in the day and honestly think I might lose my mind by then!

I don't have any contact details for the owners, and all windows and doors seem to be locked (and tbh not sure if breaking and entering would be justified!)

I doubt there's anything anyone can suggest but thought it was worth a desperate post just in case the MN hive mind did have any bright ideas that could save my sanity...

Contact the estate agent and ask them to pass a message on?
