Is it me or do some buyers expect it to arrive like they’ve purchased from a boutique?!! 🤣🤣🤦🏼‍♀️😬😤

I mean expecting it to arrive clean and not stinking seems reasonable to me, based on an order I complained about this week 🙃 some people do send stuff out absolutely grim

SurreySideEye · 13/07/2026 20:03

Well I expect it to be clean and in reasonably good order and ideally not drenched in Febreze because they couldn’t be bothered washing it.

IwanttoWFH · 13/07/2026 20:31

I’ve had items turn up covered in stains, holes, bobbles etc despite allegedly being “new” or “in very good condition”: What have you been sending people?!

Himawarigirl · 13/07/2026 20:39

Have they complained? I send things clean and neatly folded or placed in the packaging, not shoved in. And I use bubble wrap if there’s any chance of damage in the post. But no extra tissue paper or thank you notes like I revive from some sellers every so often. Never had any complaints.

Henriettina · 13/07/2026 20:43

I’ve had complaints that it’s not been sent fast enough… when it’s been less than 24hs.

Of course, clean, as described and nearly packaged should go without saying. But I have had some buyers assume I’m Amazon Prime.

I expect the item to be as described - condition as well as sizing, clean and undamaged. Do I expect a made to measure, branded box with fancy tissue paper - no.
