I love my DH to bits, but....
Currently he is suffering from the heat. He has a medical condition which makes the heat more difficult for him... but so do I! My solution, for myself, is to wear loose, cool, clothing made of natural materials, sit in a cool room with a fan, drink lots of cool drinks and I don't go out or try to do anything energetic in the heat of the day. He doesn't have a solution. He tries to do everything he used to do during the middle of the day. He wears man made materials. He doesn't drink enough. And he refuses to wear a sun hat or sun screen despite going bald. The really annoying thing is that he will then sit on the sofa telling me all the things he 'needs' to do (he doesn't) and then saying in a weak and trembly voice how unwell he feels.
He is totally incapable of washing plastic containers properly or stacking the draining rack in any kind of sensible order (we do have a dishwasher but I won't have anything plastic or sharp knives washed in it), but he insists on doing the washing up. The upshot is that I end up refusing to empty the draining rack because everything falls off, and I have to re-wash all the plastic containers anyway. Oh - and if he is hand washing a saucepan, or anything really, he will wash the inside but NEVER the outside!
He insists on unloading the dishwasher but he never puts anything away!
He insists on being helpful and doing things for me ALL the time! Most of which I don't even want him to do.
He finishes my sentences with totally random things I certainly was never going to say.
He has control of the television remotes AND there are 4 of them (one for the soundbar) so I have no idea of which does what. I have told him and told him I just want one remote (apart from the sound bar) and I'm really not bothered if we don't have 4 different ways to watch the same programmes).
He farts - terrible room-clearing farts. It's not his fault, his medications give him terrible foul-smelling wind. But it is one of the reasons we now sleep in separate rooms.
I absolutely adore him, but these things drive me mad!
