Glass airfryer

Boring thread alert.

I am completely overwhelmed by the choice of airfryers. I have narrowed it down to a Ninja … but which one?! Happy to hear of other brands.
I am looking for a glass one. We are a family of 3, cook lots of beige food for my SEN little girl but I also cook from scratch a few times a week. Any recommendations please?

We have the Ninja Crispi and love it! I wanted to move away from Teflon coated appliances (and am slowly replacing our Teflon coated pots and pans). The Ninja is so easy to clean, and you can buy stainless steel trays that fit the glass base for layering food. We are a family of 3 and it’s a good enough size for us, but it is on the smaller side of traditional airfyers. If it something you intend on using often, perhaps go for their larger model, the Ninja Crispi Pro. The Pro model hadn’t yet launched when we bought our Ninja Crispi, otherwise I probably would have gone for that. No regrets with our purchase though, very happy with it.

@nlibh24Thank you for your reply, yes we are the same, slowly switching to non toxic things, I have avoided air fryers but putting on the huge range oven to cook 6 chicken dippers feels a bit excessive haha!
I will look at the larger Crispi pro.
As an aside, have you replaced your frying pan, and of so what with?

Same as @nlibh24 here. We really like the Ninja Crispi but wish it was larger. The one we have is just about large enough to do either meat or chips/sides for the three of us but it couldn’t do a whole meal for three. And obviously it can’t do things that need different temperatures. We use our older two drawer (not glass) air fryer if I’m cooking for the whole family, or if I’m doing two things that need different temperatures.

It sounds like it would be great for your needs though. I always choose it over other methods when I’m just doing beige food for our son or cooking for myself.

@AlphabetCucumberthank you. There is obviously a bit of a price difference between the Crispi and the Crispi pro, is it worth spending that bit extra for the pro if I won’t be able to use the whole thing for cooking a whole meal if that makes
sense?
