Should I make the most of tomorrow or stay home?

I usually follow sun safety guidelines as much as I can. That is aim for early morning or late in the evening to be outside and try and remain indoors or seek shade in the afternoons with it's very hot.

I am off today and tomorrow for the weekend. I had plans to go exploring today but I wasn't feeling well last night so that didn't happen. It's not a contagious sickness. I pottered around doing jobs at home this evening.

I want to get up and go exploring tomorrow for the day. I just want to do something with my day instead of staying at home. I was thinking about doing a river cruise or going shopping to the capital. I am not too sure what I will do yet with my day. I am leaning towards booking a river cruise for the day and visiting an island.

You see I am booked next week for work and to be away with work for the guts of about 8 days or so. That will be full time work.

I want to try and do something with my time off before I go into such a busy time with my work. Try and relax for the day. Does that make sense?

My vague plan is to get up very early. I likely won't be home until night time maybe. I am anxious about the middle of the day and what I will do. Hopefully I might be able to find a restaurant or a hotel or coffee shop somewhere but what if I can't.

I doubt I will be able to relax at home. There is always jobs to do at home and it's never ending.

I also have another issue. I always get COVID in the summer times. For the past few years and COVID hits me hard. I don't drive and only use public transport. COVID always hits me hard. What if I become exposed to COVID and get sick when work imis due to become intense and demanding.

Sorry my phone changes COVID to capital letters for some reason.

You are seriously overthinking. If you want to go out then do so. Just find some shade

I'm fairly sure London has a couple of small restaurants you can hide in over lunch time...

How on earth are you getting Covid every summer? Do you have health anxiety OP?

Why is this weird? Lots of people have had it multiple times. Some shrug it off, some are hit hard by it and recover, some aren’t hit hard but are then affected by the number of health issues covid can cause, some never recover and some die. It’s what covid does!

OP, hope you have a lovely day.
