Looking for some advice! DS18 is in Paris for the weekend. As soon as he told me months ago he was planning this, I urged him to be super careful with accommodation as I remembered the news reports about the bedbug problem in Paris.
So him and his friends booked the cheapest hostel without reading any reviews! I checked the reviews and there were several saying bedbugs. I suggested they change their booking but they'd paid in advance and couldn't afford to lose the money and book somewhere else.
So of course he's just messaged me to say he has bites on his feet 😭 I am phobic about stuff like this so I am freaking out! He gets home tomorrow. What do I do to stop them coming home with him? He kept his stuff off the bed best he could and only has a rucksack with him. Is it enough to bin everything? Could they still be on him when he gets back?
I'm trying not to panic 😂😭 Any advice on how best to deal with this would be most welcome!
