Does this look like ringworm even without a ring around it?

Is this ringworn? AI thinks it could be anything from skin cancer to absolutely nothing but the most consistent guess is ringworm. There is no ring around the edge though. Any ideas? And yes I do know a pharmacist is probably the best to ask for advice but that will be a tomorrow job and I'm curious now.

Ringworm doesn’t always have a distinct ring, it can just be a blob like that. My sons was.
Home bargains used to do clotrimozole cream, if not just get a generic one from the local chemist otc. Wash sheets, don’t share towels etc. it took weeks for DSs to go with daily treatment.

AI told me I have ringworm, went to the GP and it’s not! Don’t trust it
