Anyone used Wecasa?

I’m trying to organise a last minute deep clean of our house while we’re on holiday in a few weeks

I keep seeing ads for them on social media. It seems fairly straightforward and I don’t really have time for someone to come over and provide a detailed quote so this ‘by the hour’ booking seems perfect

They suggested 7 hours for a 4 bedroom house clean which seems excessive! But it doesn’t say what’s included or if they expect the property to be tidy beforehand. I assume it won’t be 7 hours but more likely 2 people for 2.5 hours or something?

Trustpilot seems mostly good but there are a few where people seem to have bad experiences but the customer support seems lacking

Thought I’d ask on here if anyone has experiences?

I use them for my clean now. It's much easier for me, as the lines don't get blurred. My old cleaner would send me images of test results to prove why she needed to cancel etc and it always made me uncomfortable.

I have found customer service to be great.

@InLoveWithAI Thank you! This is also my thinking. Our old cleaner once dropped our keys on the way home then confessed she’d written our address on them so we had to change our locks and then she made us feel awful about asking her to pay for it (we ended up going 50:50). Would love a more professional service.

Good to know the customer service is good. Do you have the same cleaners each time and may I ask how many hours you have? Do you ensure your house is really tidy or will they put things away too?

I get the same cleaner every week. 3hrs/w and yeah, I always tidy beforehand.

Thanks so much @InLoveWithAI. Adding a hopeful Sunday bump to see if anyone else has used them
