Lockd, brick or other devices that stop doomscrolling

Has anyone tried any of these devices? Lockd just came up on my feed and looks as if it could be helpful.

Would love to hear if people have used them and if they are worth the money

I really enjoy using the brick. There are times where it’s nice to have Instagram in Reddit and there are times where it’s nice to be able to turn off access and not get it back easily! I use mine everyday

I looked at the Brick but ended up getting Be Present instead and it’s been great for me
