Hello, I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for a single mattress thats good for kids. My daughter is 8 if that helps. I have read that pocket sprung is good for supporting bone development, but seems there are so many options online and tricky without being able to test them! Thanks in advance! 😊

Pocket sprung - the higher the number of pockets listed the better the mattress.

I've found that mattresses marketed as for 'kids' even if they are full single size don't last as long as other mattresses that are for anyone (not specifically marketed for kids).

Some shops/brands will let you try out mattresses for a couple of months to see if it works for you so it's worth checking / asking about that too before purchase.

Thank you for commenting! Yeah I wasn't sure if mattresses labelled "for kids" are better as there are mixed reviews on longevity! I'm hoping not to spend more than £200!
