Worried about heart palpitations

I’m just looking for similar experiences or some advice to put me at ease please. I’ve got a doctors appointment booked for Monday morning. I’m 31, i’ve been suffering with on and off heart palpitations with headaches & occasionally dizziness. They started off as just something I’d get every now and then. Now it’s most days lasting up to twenty minutes at a time. I suffered with blood pressure issues after pregnancy with my eldest , which eased off and eventually, luckily went back to normal. I thought it may of been this but I’ve been checking my blood pressure at home and it’s all normal. I’ve cut out caffeine & I live a fairly healthy life. I know it’s possible it’s not anything serious but it would be nice to know of other people’s experiences with palpitations , headaches and dizziness. Thankyou

Do you take anything with Lion's Mane in? I had awful palpitations when I took that, only started after I'd been taking it for quite a while and stopped as soon as I cut it out.

Hi lovely , I don’t take anything my Lions Mane , I have been thinking of things that may cause the heart palpitations and all I could think of was the caffeine I was drinking ( which wasn’t really loads just a few cups of coffee a day) but it hasn’t helped cutting it out unfortunately.
