Anyone else noticed no change by day 70 of taking Elavate?

I'm on day 70. Not a jot of difference have I noticed. Am I alone in these results so far? I cant see how I will suddenly see something in the next 20 days.
I take it religiously every day and record on the diary thing they supply.
I'm past menopause btw.

I must have been on it a year now and don't notice much difference skin/hair/nails wise tbh. Yet I keep on taking it! I don't like to stop in case my knees get worse!

Did nothing for me.
I've increased protein instead.

You may have already been eating enough protein. (For you)
Any more than you need has no additional benefits
