80s 90s children's game show… help?

I have this vague memory of a children’s game show in the late 80s early 90s were contestants were perceived to be ‘flattened’ by a conveyor belt slowly, each time their team mate got a question wrong!

I know i haven’t made this up! And it feels like childhood trauma! 🙈
