I have osteoarthritis, having a really painful time walking right now.
Can I ask for recommendations for what has been the most effective treatment/pain suppression you've found?
Something has to change, I can hardly walk some mornings.
Tia

Also if any dietary changes made a real difference?

I have found glucosamine, condroitin, collagen and omega oils have made a good difference with my large joints but not so much with my small wrist, finger and toe joints.

I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis in my left knee. I have it in my right knee too but not as bad. For the last month my left knee has swollen up so bad possibly with the heatwave and it got stiff and tight so I couldn't even bend it. Last Thursday I had a cortisone injection into my knee and by Friday morning some of the swelling is gone and it isn't as tight and by today I can bend my leg again. It's feeling a lot better. My GP told me if it works for me I can have as injevtion every 3 months so 4 a year.
