for the last couple of weeks I seem to feel tired all the time. I get up at about 6.30am and was going to the gym but haven’t been for over two weeks. I could happily go back to bed for nap by about 9.30am and have been regularly falling asleep during the afternoon if I am not out of the house. I probably only nap for about 30 minutes but sometimes it could be longer. I generally go to bed by 10.30pm. I am post menopausal. Any tips on getting my energy back?
