Anybody know what these blood/hormones tests suggest?

LH: <0.1
FSH: 9.8
Oestradiol: <92

I'll have repeat tests in 6 weeks. For transparency, I've just had a hysterectomy (2 weeks ago) and kept my ovaries. I've been having sudden night sweats since surgery but have been told that this could be ovarian shock which will resolve.

I have no idea if I had a cycle leading up to hysterectomy as I bled every day for 14 months due to fibroids.

I put my results into chat gpt. What came back made sense to me

I don't like AI and wanted a human response but out of interest, have just asked Copilot. It said they're "odd" results and the LH result is what stands out as most difficult to interpret. Which pretty much chimes with my reasons for starting the thread!

I shouldn't have asked AI as it's worried me, I've googled more and am now convinced there's something seriously wrong.

I've just had a brain wave. I've been taking Zoladex for 6 months to shrink my fibroids. I've just googled and the whole point of Zoladex was to switch off my production of luteneizing hormones.

Could it just be that?

You’re not going to have a normal hormone profile after 6 months of a GNRH and a hysterectomy.

Your low oestrogen may recover once the Zoladex is metabolised, but no harm in trying some transdermal oestrogen if needed (assuming no other contraindications obvs).
