Looking for advice… has anyone’s child ever had a tooth that looks like this? (Excuse the cornflakes 😂). If so, did their adult teeth come through correctly?

My son had 3 front baby teeth (21 baby teeth in total) and his adult teeth came through totally normally.

These are germinated teeth (ie twinned). The baby tooth germs have fused during development which leads to the teeth themselves being partially fused. It’s not that uncommon and usually the adult teeth develop normally. Your dentist will monitor them and occasionally they may need a bit of “help” when they’re due to shed.

Those are baby teeth that have fused together. Usually, the adult teeth will come out normal. But if you're worried talk to your dentist x
