Would Clare’s Law disclosure include old cautions as well as convictions?

Does Clare’s law show up only convictions or also violent cautions?

DB (younger than me and adopted) had a very troubled few years aged 16-22. Aged 19-22 he had a lot of cautions for common assault and threats to kill (fights with other males not any violence at women or children ) He turned things around and got a job and haven’t had any issues or been in trouble at all . Hes 35 now.

Hes been married for 6 years and has 3 dc. Unfortunately someone we knew from that time has said a few things that maybe his wife needs to know what she married etc etc and mentioned this Clare’s law? Would they disclose these cautions or would it only be convictions they disclose ?

I know he needs to tell her about the past and I’ve tried to tell him to multiple times and it’s something as a family we are trying to help with.

If the Clare’s law was done would it then be that other services get involved because of his past?

Yes, I think they’d show if deemed relevant but why would other services get involved? It doesn’t sound like there’s current risk.

I just wasn’t sure if the process triggered a set protocol ?

Im going to suggest to DB again that it’s really time to be honest about his past.
