Trigger! Poop!
Any ideas why my toddlers poo would be cream colour? It has red tissue like parts in it too. I’m booking a GP appointment tomorrow for her but thought I’d ask here! She is generally well in herself has went off food slightly.

Looks like they ate something that disagreed with them tomatoes?

Google toddler diarrhea its actually a thing

The red could be tomato skin or red pepper skin if she's had either of them. I wouldn't worry too much about one dodgy poo tbh if she's fine in herself.
