What did you replace with one good quality version after moving?

We’re moving soon and I’m doing the declutter before packing. Trying to be organised!

Mumsnet has had some great suggestions for quality items to buy once and buy well in the past, like stainless steel lunch boxes and pegs, clippy pegs for open packets,

• just all those things that make life easier

What did you get rid of when you moved and just bought one really good version of?

Kitchen things, all that stuff in the garage?

Unfortunately they are almost 30yrs old and no longer made - great quality though as they are still going strong 😂

We were gifted a set of Stellar saucepans by my mother as a housewarming gift. 10 years on they are as good as new and they feel like they could last generations!!!

Stellar are fantastic, I have a 20 year old set that look like new. Same for enamelled cast iron casserole dishes, not necessarily Le Creuset, my best ones are from a French supermarket for a fraction of the cost.

I replaced my crap Teflon frying pans with safer cast iron alternatives. I got mine from Our Place and quality is great but there are cheaper brands out there.
