I've put on almost 6 lbs now and my waist has thickened.
Some of it only doing 35 hr weeks now some of it menopause.
Before anyone says I'm privileged I got a work bonus.
Normally I just add a few new items each season.
New underwear t shirts jeans skirts dresses.Luckily some fantastic sale bits from white stuff and weird fish.
I cannot stop the waist expanding.
Anyone else or is it just me.

I've been post menopausal for almost 10 yrs. I've got a smaller waist now than I had years before. However, I've gone from not being active to being quite active. Not a huge leap but enough to make a difference. I don't think being older means we should 'thicken'. It depends on our diet too. I've become more aware as I've got older, keep an eye on it.
Treat yourself OP.

Over the last 3 years I had to keep buying larger stuff as peri struck no matter what I did. Now I'm on my way down (microdosing wli) I'm glad I kept some of the old stuff.

If you can afford it then why not? I mainly replaced items I already had and liked in a larger size, but changed style a little because some shapes no longer flattered my body.

I also buy new with tags stuff from vinted, so cheap I don't mind putting in charity bag if it's not right.

I was actually thinking yesterday about how many mid 60's women that look attractive, smart, well groomed and elegant seem to be around at the moment.
Go for it OP.

I lost five and a half stone last year and have had to completely replace my wardrobe. I reckon I bought 90% off Vinted.

I sold my existing wardrobe on Vinted to help finance it. I am sixty and really enjoying wearing clothes I love.

I’m replacing mine in my mid fifties. I feel my old sloppy/slouchy/sexy style makes me look a bit mad.
I’ve got lots of compliments on my more pulled together look.

Another one i have lost 4 1/2 stone and have bought a new wardrobe mainly from vinted. I try and buy the more expensive brands Reiss, Mint Velvet, Boden etc. Loving wearing new clothes.
I am 60.

Using Wli I’ve gone from a size 14/16 to an 8/10. I have entirely replaced my wardrobe and the feeling of opening my wardrobe and everything fits is incredible.

Wow thanks for the inspiration.
I've always been ab 8/10 so it's a shock to be struggling to stay on track.
I do walk about 25 miles per week but have had a few lifts recently.
Enjoy treating myself since my make do and mend post covid era.
The best bit is seeing new things in my wardrobe.
Just need to stay at 10/12 and no more biscuits.🤣🤣
