Sainsbury's Lego offer only worked on two identical boxes

Blooming Sainsbury’s.

Just picked up two different boxes of Lego all labelled up two for £15. Get to the checkout and it doesn’t work.

Goes to customer service services they don’t know why either. We all trip off to the Lego department. When the eagle eyed customer lady says the problem is it’s missing the word Any.

So you can have two boxes exactly the same. Why would anybody want to exactly the same? (I’m sure those that don’t want two the same outweigh those that might.).

It’s just really frustrating to waste 20 minutes buying them discussing them and then getting a refund

Signed, Mrs. Lego grumpy.

Works as any 2 for £15 on Argos. Can you order for click and collect?

Thanks. The ones I wanted were not on offer or not there at all but it’s a good idea and I’ll check there in future. Their shelf labelling is confusing in the store.
