Can anyone explain NOW TV to me? Why can't I watch Larry David's new show on HBO Max?

I'm confused. I thought I had HBO Max on a NOW subscription, it says HBO Max basics with ads is included and states "watch every HBO Max series". Things like The Pitt is on there. But no sign at all of "Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Happiness", not even offering for me to upgrade to watch it. It was supposed to drop yesterday. Does anyone have any ideas?

That’s very strange as I can see it on ours under the HBO max section so it’s definitely on there already. I’m assuming you’ve got the entertainment package?

Do you have Now Entertainment? It's not included with the movie package.

Go through the Now app instead of the HBO app.

We haven't got now entertainment, just NOW and NOW sports. But it is definitely not just sports, and states it includes everything on HBO Max. But it clearly doesn't. 😢

What annoys me is not so much that it isn't included, but that it led me to believe that it was included, so disappointed.

The screen I'm looking at says there are two options:

Entertainment & HBO Max - £6.99
Sky Originals and exclusive shows, like Brassic and Heated Rivalry
Stream every series from HBO Max Basic with Ads, like The Pitt and Friends

OR

Entertainment - £3.99

Sky Originals and exclusive shows, like Brassic and Heated Rivalry
The biggest returning hit series from HBO, like Euphoria and House of the Dragon Season 3

So I think you need to pick the more expensive option to get everything.

Just get a firestick - everything is on there ;)

If you go on to your account and go to cancel they usually give you offers to stay so you should be able to get it quite cheap. We pay £15 a month for movies, entertainment and ultra boost. The entertainment portion of it is £4
