How do you delete a second profile on Facebook?

I was part of a small special interest group and the FB profile was run by someone who gave me full admin rights of the profile. I’ve since left the group so I don’t need access anymore but I can’t work out how to delete myself without deleting the whole profile. I’ve tried looking at help & on YouTube, etc. I don’t want to ask the others. Has anyone done this before?

Surely someone else in group now has admin responsibilities for the group?

Yes, but I don’t want to be in touch with that person.
