I know some people are disparaging about trigger warnings but for some of us it’s really important to be able to avoid particular triggers in films and tv.
I’ve been using the “Does The Dog Die” app to check films & tv I might want to watch and I’ve found it really useful. It says it does books too but I don’t think there are as many books on there.
It covers lots of different triggers from the expected to some more obscure ones, and you can do your own trigger lists. Often people add comments as well as just noting that a particular trigger occurs eg saying which episode or an explanation eg a dog dies off screen but isn’t shown.
I just thought others might be interested. It’s not my app honestly 😂 (it’s free anyway - I think you can subscribe for extra features but I haven’t), I just thought it might be helpful to people like who are limited in what they can watch.
