Crystal Maze - what to wear?

Hi - has anyone done the one in London? They advise not to wear skirts or shorts but its so warm that some of the boys were going to wear shorts for the day.

I seem to remember having to crawl at some points, which might be a bit hard on the knees with shorts on.

We wore gym leggings and gym T-shirts but it wasn’t hot when we did it.

There is some crawling and also a slide so may get sticky in shorts but I think I’d still wear them as it is right now.
