Top tip if you are on a refrigerated WL jab to keep cool..

My jab arrived along with some cold packs.

So I stuck them in the freezer. Got one out today wrapped it in a tea towel and got it on my back as I WFH.
Theres 2 so swapping them out as one melts I have tuther on standby.

Functional recycling right there.

I've been using refrigerated damp flannels

My dh uses his in his lunch bag to keep his sandwich and drink cool 👌🏻
