BBQ Liver

Years ago we had a BBQ and a friend bought some marinaded liver slices, we all turned our noses up but when it was cooked it was the best thing on the whole BBQ. Has anyone had this and do you have a recipe please I would love to eat it again!

We marinade liver strips in a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce, then cook on bbq quickly. The liver should be succulent and not overcooked, it is delicious. Hope you try it 😎

We used to have liver cut thin that was then rolled in flour, salt and pepper and fried quickly.

Hmmm I love a bit of liver. The last time we went out for a curry I had Indian marinaded liver to start. Yum!
