London in the 90s. A swish rooftop bar with outside seating. I remember a garden that wrapped around the roof, with a stream and flamingos. Real flamingos.

It was in Kensington. I waitressed at a private party there once and my boyfriend, who was also on staff, smuggled in evening dress for us so we could change into it after our shift and stay on at the party. Was it on top of a department store or fancy hotel?
