I never get bites and I am so ITCHY. Already take 4 x Zyrtec daily so I can’t take any more

That looks more like urticaria than an insect bite

I would say that's prickly heat or hives not a bite

Oh great, I didn’t even think of that
I’m allergic to heat/change of temperature so I’m on a biologic medication but now wondering if I’ve had breakthrough hives
