Can anyone help me with a Ring doorbell please?

Want to buy one during Prime sale but don't understand the difference in them all and why they are different prices?

I would like one that is wired in, not battery and also need a doorbell chime thing to go upstairs as we are 3 storey house and people on top floor don't often hear the door.

The battery lasts absolutely ages without needing to be charged and it warns you. Put your chime where you like.
Obviously you will get alerts on your phone too and will hear whether someone is just posting something or rings the bell.
Love ours. Live view feature is good.
