Anybody getting issues checking out on Tesco app

Been trying for ages on both app and website, anybody else? Has the "severe weather" broken them too?

Yes! Ive been trying to check out my tomorrow's order for over an hour. Hope i can do it in time

Ha funny I just now closed the app as it wouldn't let me check out...

Same! It took me ages to fill my basket and I hope I don't lose it all.
Rang up the helpline and they have an automated message confirming outages. Ant idea if they can check out over the phone? A 25 minute wait to talk to them, will hang up if the answer is no!

Spoke to somebody on the helpdesk and they said it may not be resolved tonight

@RonaldMcDonaldTrump All Tescos stores around us are having a major issue tonight. Can’t process any card payments at all. They’ve all had to go cash only and can’t accept club cards or gift vouchers.

I can’t get a Whoosh delivery via the app, an error message keeps coming up - I just wanted ice creams, I thought maybe they’d sold out!

Yes, me too. Booked a slot for tomorrow by adding a few things yesterday. Now I’ve added the bits I actually want and can’t check out. So looks like I won’t be getting all I want tomorrow then.

Dd has found something online saying that World Pay is down so that’s causing the problems.

I had a Tesco delivery this evening.. the delivery driver said that over the next two days they are reducing their drops per delivery round. Could be something to do with that?

As per pp above, it's linked to the Worldpay issue. Going to give it another half an hour and try and change the slot to Thursday if it lets me

I was having problems at checkout until 10 minutes ago

I didnt try again last night but at least its working again. Shows how much we rely on online stuff. Scarey when it goes wrong.
