Anyone have to wear a hardhat and hairnet all day for work?

Any tips on keeping the straggly neck hairs in the net? I don’t like using hairspray because it makes my scalp itch. I put my hair into a bun clip but the straggly wispy hairs at the base of my head always escape. I work in food production so it’s important that I don’t have escaping hairs. A lot of the women wear headbands, partly for warmth as it can get bloody cold in the factory (not this week though 🥵) but it also helps with keeping their hair in. I’ll probably wear a headband in winter when it gets really cold but is there another solution for this time of year?

2 hairnets. One as normal and another a bit further back on your head in the opposite direction across your head iyswim. Worked for me ☺️

Wouldn’t it just slip off though?

Smooth them up with serum or gel?
