Molten cats

Has anyone else got molten cats flowing all over their tiled floor?

Mine's similarly melted but on my bedroom floor in front of a fan.

This one has been out most of the day. I airlifted him in earlier, he eat and went back outside. Surprisingly, he felt cool around his chest/stomach area.

Mine has been in her room all day but next doors have been sheltering in the shade under our outside table.

My DS and DH insist cats are technically liquid regardless of the temperature as they can assume the shape of a container.

He’s melting into a blanket. I suggested using the cooling mat but he just huffed at me

My hooligan BSHs are pooled like furry mercury on the tiles in the kitchen and have been reduced to about 30% ramming speed purely from the heat. Only managed to steal half a fish and upend a vase of roses today. Sad.

My smart long haired cat lies on the kitchen floor on the tiles as they are cool. My dopey cat lies in an armchair in sitting room on a blanket.

Not my cat but the gorgeous calico floof (who insists on basking in the midday sun) of a friend...and my orange who retreats to the shade of the cat wall, with the blind down. Not so daft then !
