Worried I undercooked defrosted Aldi prawns before travelling tomorrow

I had a steam bag of prawns from Aldi in a Thai sauce.
The bag did say cook from frozen however, I left the bag to defrost in the fridge, around 5pm last night as the freezer is full at the moment.
We have a new micro wave that isn't 1000w like our old one it's 800w and went off old instructions!

It meant I cooked for around 30secs less than what I should have done.
It sounds very dramatic to worry I know but we go on holiday tomorrow and I really don't want the shits for 5hr journey 😫😫

Were the prawn frozen pink or grey?

If you’re going to get food poisoning you’ll get it. No one on here can tell if you’ll get it or not.

Were they hot and cooked through?

Why on earth would you defrost prawns if they said cook from frozen !

If they were defrosted they would take less time to cook so I dont see how they could be undercooked even done for 30 seconds less

They were pink when I cooked them and didn't feel slimy etc.

So they were pink in the bag? That means they were already cooked. I'm sure they'll be fine but it's really important to follow cooking instructions especially with meat and fish.

No they were raw, but I have cooked raw prawns from hello fresh, defrosted at their end and then cooked?

It's so confusing, I'll know the chances are I'll be ok but it was realising I undercooked but then spiraled from there! I think the heat has heightened the anxiety 🫪

If anything you'll have over cooked them if it was a steam bag as the instructions would've been for a frozen temp.

You'll be fine, they're probably overcooked if they curled up tight like that.
